How will I know when my order will ship?

We know that when you order online, you want to make sure that you've planned enough time for your order to arrive to you on time, and we're happy to help. Personalized gifts take a little longer to process and we have tried to indicate on every page of our website what the Availability is. 

Selecting a faster service does not speed up the processing time, only the delivery time.

The item code is located next to the price, but above the 'BUY' button on the web page.  For the following item codes, please take into consideration the required processing time as shown below.

• Items beginning with the code GC usually require 2-3 days for processing before the order ships.
• Items beginning with the code CC usually requires 3-4 business days for processing before the order ships.
• Items beginning with KA usually requires 3-4 business days for process before the order ships.

What does ... The "Availability: Usually ships in" ... really mean?

Availability is really the time it takes to process your order, before it ships.  The list below covers most of our availability/processing times.

• Usually ships the same business day

We do our very best to process your order and ship these items out on the day you order them. Our cut-off time for same day shipping is 3 PM Eastern Time. Items ordered on Saturday or Sunday are usually shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday, when the Monday is a UPS / Postal Holiday).

• Usually ships the next business day

These items do require one day's processing time before they are shipped. If you order on a Friday, then please expect your order to be shipped the following Monday (or Tuesday, when the Monday is a UPS / Postal Holiday).

• Usually ships in 2-3 business days

These items do require two to three days processing time before they are shipped. Once the engraving and personalization is completed they are shipped out via the service requested. 

• Usually ships in 5-7 business days

These items do require about 1 week  processing time before they are shipped. Once the engraving and personalization is completed they are shipped out via the service requested.  If you order on a Tuesday, then expect they will ship the next week on Wednesday or Thursday. Items that require 5-7 business days can only be shipped via choosing Standard Shipping or 2 Day Air Service, Next Day Air service is not available.

The item I want to order say it has an availability not listed here, what does that mean?

Most likely, we are temporarily out of stock on this item, and the time listed is the time we expect it to take to be readily available again.

What is a Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday. 

How do you count Business Days?

In trying to calculate when your order will arrive, the first business day is the day after you order. For instance, if ordering on a Monday, then the first business day would be Tuesday.  If you ordered on a Friday, then the first business day would be Monday.
