We're putting our money where our name is,

If you're not happy with your
purchase - we want to know - and we want to make it right. And
you have one year to decide. If you don't like it - we'll
exchange the item or offer you a refund.

Well our answers are Yes, Yes,
and Yes!
Here's the deal...
At CS ideas we love HAPPY customers and want them
to be satisfied with their purchase. You may return any item
purchased from us within 1 year of delivery for a full refund
of product purchase price - even engraved items. And we are
happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result
of our error.
What about Restocking Fees?
Well, actually, we don't charge a
restocking fee. We think that's a gimmick by most companies to
intimidate you to keep the merchandise. We want you to keep the
items because it's exactly what you were looking for. Why should
you be stuck with something you don't like?
But it's been Engraved - Will you really
take it back?
Yup! We want to play fair, and we think our
customers will play fair too. If you need to order BUNCHES of
something - and you're not sure if its exactly what you want -
please order one and test it out.
What if I had the wrong initials
engraved?
We always recommend double
checking your order before hitting that last "Submit Order"
click. But really it's no problem - it's covered by our
guarantee. Can you believe that we'll guarantee your typos?
Me either, but we do. We'd prefer you send the item back to us
first, with an exchange request, but if you're on a deadline,
give us a call at
904-328-2199, and we'll help you work it out.
On typos, though, we'll ask that you pay the any additional
shipping costs to get the item back to us, and the new one out
to you on time.
What about shipping fees?
If you're not happy -
seriously - just follow the instructions below - and send it
back to us. You just pay the shipping back to us. And if you
want an exchange, we'll cover the shipping back to you.
Exchanged items will be shipped via a choosing Ground Shipping service like First
Class Mail, Priority Mail or choosing Ground Shipping - depending on the size
and weight of the item. If you need faster shipping on the
exchange additional shipping fees would be your responsibility.

We will take back any order for up to one
full year. Large orders and corporate orders are covered by this
guarantee up to $500. We would prefer to have you order a sample
first, to be sure the product meets your needs and
specifications - then you'll know and we'll know that we're
delivering the very best for you. Defective items are guaranteed
for 1 full year, too.
What if I want to change what I had
engraved - Is that covered by this warranty?
Not exactly, again, we want to play fair -
and so do our customers. If the item is exactly what you wanted,
and we engraved exactly what you've asked - and now a six months
have passed and you'd like to engrave a different name on it -
we may hem and haw a bit. After all, we did engrave exactly what
you wanted, and it's the item that you wanted. So if you'll play
fair with us, we'll play fair too. But really, give us a call at
904-328-2199 - tell us what's going on and we'll do our best to
help make things right.
What if the item I
bought is no longer available?
Sometimes this happens. Items do come and
go, but don't worry, we'll work with you to make it right,
either by exchanging for a comparable item or refunding your
money.
