Personalization for items beginning with CC

Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.

Engraved items are non-refundable, however if you are unhappy with the quality of the engraving, we will replace the same item, engraved for you, within 30 days.  We're sorry, but we cannot be liable for misspelling or incorrect letters entered by the customer.

Initials vs. Monogram - For items that indicate Initials as the engraving option, please inidicate the desired first, middle and last name initial.

For items that indicate Monogram as the engraving option, please indicate the desired first, last and middle initial.

Example Name: Alvin Benjamin Charelston
Initials to be entered: ABC
Monogram to be entered: ACB

Font Styles - To provide fastest service, your item will be engraved with the font as it is pictured. To see a larger picture of the item, just click on the photo shown.

Shipping Options - So that we can offer the largest selection for you, this item is shipped direct to you from the engraver please choose a UPS service during the checkout process.  No PO Boxes, please. Please allow 5-7 days for order processing and personalization.
